If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). Please keep in mind that we do not accept anything that has been washed or worn; returned items must be in new condition.

For returns/exchanges please email your packing list or order confirmation to: heartteegoodsco@gmail.com.  Once we receive your item, we will then mail out a refund or replacement item at no additional charges.  Please keep in mind that we cannot promise that the item desired will be available.  All returned items should be mailed to:
